This morning, About Comics let retailers know that we would manufacturer another run of The Blank Comic Book if they would preorder 12 cases of 150 copies apiece – that’s 1800 copies total. And in under six hours, retailers orders those copies, and we’ve now given the factory the go-ahead, and these will be hitting stores in October.
Some of the retaielrs were new to The Blank Comic Book. Others had had ongoing success selling the no-longer-available 5-packs, while others had used them at store-sponsored events, watching kids turn them quickly into not-blank comic books.
The deal is still available – we will ship a 150-copy case of these 24-page blank white comic books, a fun little art supply – anywhere in Canada or the contiguous 48 US states – for $100 US.
